Trailer Custom built to fit equipment. New 10k lb axels with electric brakes and new tires with spare. Has 130 gallon water tank with an additional 35 gallon tank. Depending on what I am doing I typically fill on tank with fresh water and batch mix the other with rust inhibitor. Has Weather Guard side box mounted on the front with an additional saddle box mounted on the bed of the trailer for storage. Blast Pot 2016 Graco EQ2m vapor blasting pot. Pump professionally rebuilt in 2022. All pot seals replaced in 2022. Supply hose replaced in 2021. Everything works as designed. The pot holds approximately 400 lbs of media and is incredibly adjustable for the amount of water and media used. I can typically run at least 90 minutes before refilling. Pressure range is between 15 psi and 175 psi. I have run lower than 15 psi but have never had the need to run above 120 psi. I have run crushed glass, glass bead and sand routinely without any issue. I have done concrete, steel, aluminum and wood without issue. Compressor 2010 Ingersoll Rand HP375 with approximately 3100 hours. The rings, rod bearings and turbo were replaced at just over 3000 hours. The head was rebuilt at the same time. The engine is a John Deere 4045HF-285 and has been well maintained. The air end was serviced in 2021 with new filter and fluid. I have additional filters on hand. Equipment 2 - Clemco deadman's with spare rebuild kits Miscellaneous Celmco fittings Clemco #6, #7 & fan nozzles 3 - 50' sections of Clemco 3/4" hose with twin line 1 - 50' section of 3/4" Thunderblast hose with brass fittings and twin line 1 - 25' section of Clemco 3/4" hose with twin line 4- 50' sections of supply airline 2 - 5' sections of supply airline Regulator for standard 1/2" airline The reason I am selling is because I have been doing this part time and have gotten to busy to keep up. I am planning to restructure my business to accommodate my schedule.
