2014 Graco Geoblaster GB600
The blasting system includes the following components;
1.2014 Kaeser 375 CFM M100 tier 3 ( no DEF or emissions components) diesel compressor with 784 hours of run time. The engine is an industrial I-4 Kubota turbocharged unit making 100 hp. The air side of the compressor consists of an oil cooled twin screw blower design. There are three individual 3/4” air outlet with shut of valves and a 11/4” outlet with valve to provide air to the blasting side of the machine.
Routine maintenance on the compressor, oil filter changed every 120 hours of run time per the manual along with fuel filter changes every 100 hrs. Air filter for the engine and blower side of the compressor are performed at 200 hrs or as needed.
2. Geoblaster GB600. This consist of a pressure pot with a capacity of holding 600 pounds of abrasive material, a 100 gallon stainless steel water tank. Easy access individual controls on a panel regulate pot pressure, blasting pressure, abrasive output and water output. The system also fitted with a hybrid pneumatic/ electric deadman switch. The unit comes with 150 feet of blasting hose.
The entire unit is mounted on custom built trailer with 2 5,000 lbs axles both with brakes. The trailer also is equipped with leveling jacks at the rear and at the front centerline of the trailer.
3. Included with the machine are two RPB Nova 3 air hoods with air conditioning units mounted to the air supply tubes of each helmet. Also included are two 50 foot OHSA approved air supply hoses that connect to a RPB air filtration system (Radex) along with a 50 foot hose to connect to the compressor. This setup will supply enough clean air for two workers simultaneously. Two # 8 nozzles, 1 extension with a #8 nozzle, and a #6 nozzle
4. Includes manuals for the blast unit and compressor.
