For sale is my small but successful dry ice blasting business located in the Portland metro area. It has a great reputation in the area with cleaning contracts at two major production facilities (food & beverage + coffee roasting) resulting in $50k in annual revenue from just those two clients. The remaining non-contract but regularly occurring work generates another $50k to $70k revenue annually with a lot of potential for additional clients/business.
We are currently in the process of acquiring a major contract with a massive coffee chain whose headquarters is located here in the PNW with the work being to regularly blast clean their large coffee roasting facility. This work could lead to an additional revenue increase of $30k to $40k annually using a very conservative estimate of potential services this future client will need.
Another contract that is close to being finalized is for a monthly dry ice blast cleaning of the ducting on massive ships docking each month in Portland. This very large job would recur monthly with a potential revenue of $50k+ annually.
This brings the potential annual revenue stream up to $180k on the low end and $200k on the high end while remaining conservative. This is all from a single blasting machine, trailer, and compressor with the work being done by a single person. This is to say that the business has a lot of potential for growth with the right person/group leading its growth.
Along with what I mentioned above, I have a large list of potential clients and their contact information within the food & beverage, coffee roasting, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, cannabis, spirits, breweries, and more. This list has well over 100+ names, positions, and emails for companies such as Frito-Lay, 3M, PepsiCo, Kraft-Heinz, and many more.
This business is my pride and joy and it shows in the effort I put into gaining a reputation of trust and reliability in the community. I am only selling my business because my wife works for Toyota USA and we are scheduled to move to Asia within the next year for her new role. I do not have anyone that I know personally that I would feel comfortable taking over the business and operating to the high standards I expect so I have decided to sell the entire business if the right buyer comes along.

(4+) ¾ inch and 1-inch compressed air hoses w/ fittings
500lb dry ice storage tote on heavy-duty caster wheels
And a ton of additional equipment, parts, and consumables
(non-equipment) fully built out website, marketing, and branding that was custom-made and professionally developed
I am being purposely vague regarding the name of my business and my clients for obvious reasons, but I will disclose all information to serious buyers. I have photos of all of my equipment I can share as well. Some of it is branded with my business name and logo so I will only share it with potential serious buyers.
