Mobile dry ice blasting trailer with cold jet Aero PCS 60 with 34 hours on it with cold jet aftercooler and grimmer Schmidt 185 rotary screw compressor built on a 2020 woodies trailer. This is a very nice setup ready for any offsite remote work.
Fully inclosed work trailer with curb side ramp and winch for loading and off loading totes of dry ice. Recently installed 3500 watt inverter to power all accessories from the cold jet to charging power tools. Etrack system keeps all totes and tools strapped down and craftsman cabinets for storage. Did install an exterior plug for shore power if needed and to charge the battery for the winch. No garage door springs installed so the winch also powers the side door.
Compressor is a grimmer Schmidt 185 cfm rotary screw. Did have it professionally serviced and she runs like a top. All high pressure lines have been replaced. New thermostat, oil filter, air separator and both air filters. Oil cooler was taken out and serviced at a radiator shop. Small pin hole was patched. Air lines have new check valves installed. Comes with 200 ft of service hose and 2 sets (50 ft.) of blast hose. After cooler is mounted on the back of trailer for easier setup but can be taken off quickly and stored inside.
