To accommodate our current generation of compressors with the higher blast pressures and air demands that are in use today, I designed the 250 CFM and the 500 CFM aftercoolers and have them custom built to my specifications by a 2nd generation family-owned company in Oregon.
• The 250 CFM and the 500 CFM are 100% MADE IN USA.
• 100% hand TIG welded.
• Both are manufactured with aircraft grade 5052 aluminum and 6061 fittings
• Both units use heavy duty bar and plate cores for the lowest back pressure and strength.
• The 250 CFM is a single pass core design while the 500 CFM uses our exclusive TRIPLE PASS CORE for more efficient cooling.
• Both designs have the lowest internal pressure drop (<1 PSI)
• Both designs have the best cooled air temperature reduction available from any manufacturer at 10* to 15* of ambient.
• Both designs have a 400 PSI working pressure.
• Both designs working temperature is >300*.
